For the past year, Garchen Dharma Insitute held Two-day Avalokitesvara Nyen Nye retreat many times in Garchen Retreat Center. Garchen Rinpoche thus decided to give teachings on this practice when he comes to Taiwan this year, so that students may have a complete understanding about this practice and receive blessings from the lineage. Rinpoche wil also talk about the merits of keeping precepts and teach the precept text.
